You can spin it any way you want, but one thing is cer­tain: if you’­re loo­king for a high­ly emo­tio­nal inno­va­ti­on, you’­ve come to the right place.

1–2 kilo­me­t­res per hour. You could say that’s real­ly not much. But this – a while in a hur­ry – is a cen­tral design ele­ment. Becau­se if the beau­tiful­ly shaped sofa-bed com­bi­na­ti­on tur­ned fas­ter, it would be fun­da­men­tal­ly wrong whe­re it is. Becau­se it is meant to dece­le­ra­te the guests after an exci­ting visit to the Eat­rena­lin Expe­ri­ence or the Euro­pa­park its­elf. Calm the pul­se, lower the blood pres­su­re. If the visit is still to come, howe­ver, the gyra­ting also ser­ves as men­tal pre­pa­ra­ti­on for what is to come. With every turn, the exci­te­ment and anti­ci­pa­ti­on of the unknown and undis­co­ver­ed grows. So whi­che­ver way you turn it, moving ele­ments move. The room, the pie­ces of fur­ni­tu­re and, last but not least, the emotions. 

When the hig­hest design and tech­no­lo­gy unite

… gre­at things are crea­ted. Behind the well thought-out design hides a sophisti­ca­ted tech­no­lo­gy that real­ly has it all. The dri­ve and thus the motor and gear com­bi­na­ti­on of the rota­ting plat­form comes from the “Floa­ting Chair” by Eat­rena­lin. Appli­ed to the sofa-bed sys­tem of the Eat­rena­lin sui­tes, it beca­me an extre­me­ly quiet plat­form that is flush with the flo­or and thus enables the bed to rota­te weight­less­ly and turn in any direc­tion of the room.

Inno­va­ti­on that has it all.

The tech­no­lo­gy of the Floa­ting Chair is slow, but high­ly emo­tio­nal. The chair is auto­no­mous, and can chan­ge its posi­ti­on com­ple­te­ly on its own. It is incon­spi­cuous but high­ly com­for­ta­ble and can be navi­ga­ted com­ple­te­ly free­ly – wit­hout the typi­cal stee­ring gear. With the help of a soft­ware (posi­ti­on file), a move­ment cho­reo­gra­phy can be recor­ded as desi­red, which makes it pos­si­ble to have the vehic­les move indi­vi­du­al­ly in space.
