Coreum

Technology that inspires

Core – the heart. Forum – the platform. Hospitality and new experiences packaged in one word: Coreum. This 120,000-square-meter test site in Stockstadt am Rhein opened its doors in autumn 2018. It is a place where you can experience and learn all about the design and construction of the urban environment of the future. In other words, the technologies and knowledge that make an impact in the construction, recycling and cargo-handling sectors – machines, attachments and technologies. At the same time, the site is a place of innovation and communication. It also houses a restaurant as well as meeting and conference rooms. We set to work on the overall strategic concept and together with the general contractor Reisch we created a truly extraordinary event location in central Germany.

Mecca for explorers and decision makers

Soil, rubble, debris, steel, scrap metal, wood, concrete … The Coreum is a bona fide “playground” – with some genuinely exciting toys. And right next door, you’ll find a place of convivial hospitality and of shared ideas. Our work at the Coreum has helped to create a new mecca for specialists in the construction and cargo-handling industry. The complex includes a hotel, an office and exhibition building as well as dedicated test areas and much more, all on a 200,000 square-meter site. A truly great idea embedded in the big picture: corporate design, architecture and corporate language, that is probably the only one of a kind.

Corporate identity & corporate language

Presentation centre, conference centre, test centre, training facility and event space, all on one site. And because this place unites so many different elements, it requires a collaborative effort that is characterized by equal parts of consideration and passion. The result is a holistic design that inspires, from the buildings, the interior design, the graphic and unique elements to the website. A characteristic and elegant design with a clear language to ensure this place becomes a talking point among the decision-makers and the people of action. Worldwide.

Discover, learn, experience …

Technology is just waiting to be discovered by people who ask the right questions and who want to find their own answers. Test. Marvel. Convince yourself and make your decision with your hand on the controls. Welcome to the Bauma-Park. Whether for product comparisons, training, demonstrations or performance testing, technology from more than three dozen premium partners comes to life here. The goal is not to choose individual providers – but to experience total solutions. Brand-independent. In combination. A very special drive motor to move all manner of objects with any dimensions. Initiated and realized on the basis of our powerful ideas.

… enjoy!

Earth and steel. Currywurst and chips? The world of machines can be harsh. However, the Coreum restaurant elevates them to a new level of hospitality and culinary excellence. Time to take it easy. Whether unwinding after a strenuous day at the seminar or dropping by for a quick drink. Just sit back and enjoy yourself. Of course also the appetizing design. It’s all part of our recipe for successful hospitality.

Sandbox for the grown-ups

Dry runs with a difference – the weather-protected indoor sandpit leaves quite an impression in any case. More precisely, up to two and a half metres deep. Dig. Excavate. Experiment. With the machines and all the accessories. Material that moves. For the Coreum universe, we’ve taken care of even the smallest details. We had fun, too.

I want that!

Construction can also be cool. Need proof? Our complete retail design for the Coreum including the creation of in-house products. Minimalist. Stylish. Muted colours. With glass. Concrete. Steel. And black MDF. This place is simply heaven for fans of construction machinery. Clothing that protects you and also looks good. Merchandising products that are both beautiful and useful. And accessories that you just want. To play with. Or to put on your shelf. Like our model excavators, for example.
