We have redesigned the colourful Chocolate World Berlin for Ritter Sport. Here, courage, curiosity and inventiveness can be experienced with all the senses. Between creation, manufactory, bistro, shop and workshop, there is a cheerful patchwork of indulgence and community spaces that invite you to discover your own chocolate profile. Am I a cruncher, harmoniser or pretzel pioneer? The chocolate cable car – a mini cable car of temptation – provides you with your perfect choice.

Creation – Your chocolate. Your personality.
The emotional centrepiece of the store. At the creation counter, individual favourite chocolates are created in close proximity to the melangeur – fresh, colourful and visibly handmade. A modular counter and colour concept makes every step of the process comprehensible: Select ingredients, refine, design. In this way, every visitor becomes a co-creator of the brand. The architecture creates space for the essentials: A personalised experience that tastes good and lasts.
Workshop – where knowledge becomes an experience for all the senses.
In the workshop, the origins of chocolate are not explained – they are brought to life. Between stands, cocoa exhibits and colour-coded learning stations, visitors immerse themselves in the world of the bean: Cultivation, diversity, sustainability. The architecture accompanies this journey of knowledge with open spatial structures, natural materials and intuitive paths. The workshop is the centrepiece of the chocolate world – a place where the brand takes a stand. This is where it all begins: curiosity, amazement and the desire to become active.
Bistro – relax, enjoy, belong
The bistro acts as a social hub: colourful seating landscapes, lounge areas, warm materials and plenty of openness create a place to take a break and enjoy being together. This is where visitors linger, exchange ideas, enjoy exciting events or round off their experience – with coffee, ice cream or freshly made chocolate.
Shop – The iconic square world as a space
The shop is a colourful experience landscape that translates the brand’s square spatially: pick & mix stations, colour-coded zones, limited editions, a pick-up station and large-scale installations such as the chocolate fountain and the transport rail showcase the brand’s diversity.
