trade fair design & digital strategy

Exhibition design by atelier 522 connects manufacturers, retailers and the POS offline and online in a smooth and holistic way.

 

Every year ISPO, the world's largest trade fair for sporting goods and sports fashion in Munich, open their doors for sports enthusiasts, brands and retailers. For the fifth consecutive year, atelier 522 has created an exciting world for Atomic at ISPO.

 

Under the hashtag #WEARESKIING Atomic creates awareness and celebrates its brand on different levels. First of all, Atomic has a powerful online community. It is not just the company which publishes content at #WEARESKIING, it is mainly athletes and sports enthusiast athletes who share their skiing impressions with a global audience. Atelier 522’s concept for Atomic at ISPO integrates this social media strategy into the exhibition design and lays the perfect foundation to generate further earned, paid and owned media content. The vast world of images at the booth is structured by a large salon hang. The digital elements & screens fit right into the analog structures.

 

Atomic’s technological expertise is reflected with technical but simple exhibition design. Product groups are clearly indicated and, together with cross-merchandising areas, form perfect setups - from shoes to goggles, it’s all about a great, coherent outfit. The entrance is presented like a big portal, framed by two big-sized shop windows.

 

Flat screens which are integrated into the walls provide access to the digital catalogue as well as broadcast the Hahnenkamm ski race. The whole community, from the athlete to the retailer and fan, is addressed and represented through the #WEARESKIING campaign.
